Batch processing

Manual particle annotation

Click to remove false positive detections directly in the lightbox. Erased particles are excluded from all statistics and exports, and can be restored at any time.

Scalebar calibration

Set the pixel scale by measuring a scalebar directly on the image, or enter a known value. All measurements update immediately.

Unit calibration

Set a pixel-to-unit scale and convert all measurements to nm, μm, Å, pm, or other units.

Adjustable histograms

Control bin count with a slider. The histogram updates immediately.

CSV export

Download segmentations, summary statistics and per-particle measurements for any image as a CSV file.
